Key Responsibilities:

• Blockchain and DLT Implementation:

• Implement secure, decentralized applications using Distributed Ledger Technologies like Hyperledger or Corda.

• Explore use cases for smart contracts, tokenization, and data immutability in cloud ecosystems.

• Emerging Technology Exploration:

• Experiment with AI-driven infrastructure management tools for predictive scaling and optimization.

• Research and integrate obscure or emerging technologies into existing workflows, creating innovative proofs of concept.

• Monitor trends in fields like edge computing, bioinformatics, and multi-cloud orchestration to recommend cutting-edge solutions.

• Collaboration and Documentation:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of niche technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in cloud development with at least 2 years working on niche technologies.

• Proven expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or JavaScript.

• Experience with quantum computing platforms (e.g., Qiskit, AWS Braket).

• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and tools like Solidity, Hyperledger, or R3 Corda.

• Hands-on experience with serverless frameworks, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for explaining niche technologies.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced EDR/EMR Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Electronic Document Record (EDR) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, robust security, and optimal performance of EDR/EMR platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of healthcare IT, compliance requirements, and technical expertise in EDR/EMR system configurations and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation and Configuration:

• Design, implement, and optimize EDR/EMR systems to meet healthcare organization needs.

• Configure and maintain workflows, templates, and user interfaces within the system.

• Customize reports, dashboards, and analytics to support clinical and operational goals.

• Integration and Interoperability:

• Integrate EDR/EMR systems with other healthcare applications, including PACS, LIS, RIS, and billing systems.

• Ensure compliance with HL7, FHIR, and other interoperability standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between EDR/EMR systems and third-party platforms.

• Compliance and Security:

• Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and address vulnerabilities, access controls, and data encryption needs.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

• Performance Optimization:

• Monitor system performance and implement updates to improve speed and usability.

• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption to operations.

• Training and Support:

• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues related to the EDR/EMR system.

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for EDR/EMR systems and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare IT, or a related field.

• Advanced degree preferred but not required.

• Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in EDR/EMR system implementation, configuration, and support.

• Hands-on experience with major EDR/EMR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, eClinicalWorks, Allscripts).

• Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of healthcare IT standards, including HL7, FHIR, and ICD-10.

• Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and database management.

• Experience with interface engines (e.g., Mirth, Cloverleaf).

• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and APIs for healthcare applications.

• Soft Skills:
