Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will lead the analysis, design, implementation, and support of complex systems and business processes. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technology, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Systems Analysis & Design:
• Analyze complex business processes, systems, and requirements to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed technical and functional specifications for system modifications or new implementations.
• Design scalable, efficient, and secure systems that align with organizational objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and document requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and process reviews to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Project Management Support:
• Provide technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions by monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
• System Implementation & Testing:
• Oversee system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality, security, and performance.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Documentation & Training:
• Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides, workflows, and technical manuals.
• Train end-users and technical teams on system capabilities and updates.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for complex technical challenges.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale system implementations and upgrades.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with tools like SQL, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Agile or Scrum certification
